SNOW ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Welcome to our step-by-step guide on how to participate in The Mayor's Service Corps (MSC) snow removal assistance program. This guide will assist seniors and citizens with disabilities who are looking for snow removal services as well as students who are looking for volunteer opportunities.
For Seniors & Citizens with Disabilities:

Contact Us: Reach out to the City of Dearborn Call Center to express your need for snow removal services - (313)943-2150 - or click here to sign up online.
Registration: Provide necessary details such as your address and contact information for our database.
Service Pairing: Our team will update your request online where approved volunteers can securely select your address for service.
For Volunteers:

Sign-Up Process: Students can sign up through their school clubs (like Rotary, Key Club, National Honor Society, Athletics, etc.) or click here to apply individually.
Browse Opportunities: Look at the addresses where snow removal is needed.
Agree to Guidelines, Consent, and Waiver: Complete and submit the Release and Hold Harmless Agreement (a consent & waiver form which will be sent to you during the application process).
Team Formation: Form or join a group of at least two volunteers.
Accept a Task: Choose an address and indicate your availability using the application forms.
Prepare for the Task: Ensure that you have appropriate snow removal equipment and attire.
